Reino Unido.-El padre deMeghan Marklecontó en entrevista para el showGood Morning Britainalgunos de los momentos más románticos de su hija con elPríncipe Harry.

Thomas Marklereveló que fue a través de una llamada telefónica que Meghan le contó sobre su romance con un miembro de la familia real británica, y por si esto fuera poco, de la misma manera Harry le pidió la mano de su hija.

Meghan me llamó y me dijo, ‘Papi, tengo un nuevo novio’, y le dije ‘eso está muy bien’… luego me dijo ‘es un príncipe, es Harry’. Yo le dije ‘¡oh! Ok'”, relató.

De la misma forma, Thomas relató que Meghan y él acordaron llamar “H” a Harry durante sus conversaciones para mantener discreción del romance.

Al respecto de la pedida de matrimonio, el fotógrafo detalló:

Meghan me lo dijo primero. Luego ambos me llamaron y se pusieron al teléfono juntos y Harry pidió su mano en el teléfono… Le dije: ‘Eres un caballero. Prométeme que nunca levantarás la mano contra mi hija y te doy mi permiso'”.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex joined hundreds of veterans and their families at the 91st Field of Remembrance at Westminster Abbey, to honour and remember those who lost their lives in service of their country. Their Royal Highnesses each planted a Cross of Remembrance, paying respect to those who have served in our Armed Forces. They were then honoured to spend time meeting with veterans and family members from all areas of the Armed forces – from those who have served in past campaigns to more recent conflicts. This is the seventh time The Duke has attended the Field of Remembrance u2013 having previously accompanied The Duke of Edinburgh for several years.
