The Countess of Wessex visits the next generation of young professionals and their mentors at a @dofeuk Womenu2019s Network Forum event at the London Stock Exchange. The Countess is Chair of the @dofeuk Womenu2019s Network Forum, which she founded in 2014. The forum brings together a cross-industry group of senior representatives from a variety of organisations and businesses to champion and promote gender balance and equality in the workplace. At the event young girls from secondary schools across London shared their career aspirations with The Countess and their mentors, and discussed the steps they are taking to achieve their goals.
