Nueva York, EU.- El gobernador deNueva York,Andrew Cuomo, confirmó este domingo 19 de abril, que el estado sobrepasó el pico de contagios porcoronavirus(Covid–19).
Con la llegada de la enfermedad viral a los Estados Unidos, esta entidad pasó a convertirse en el foco de lapandemia, pues hasta el momento se han registrado 17 mil muertes relacionados al contagio.
Creemos que Nueva York ha pasado el pico y ahora estamos descendiendo”, señaló Cuomo en Twitter.

But it leaves very little room for error.

Además, aseguró que la tasa de infección a logrado disminuir, aun a pesar de que el brote se esté desacelerando, para de esta forma poder reabrir la economía.

Andrew Cuomo adelantó también que la próxima semana prepararán una encuesta estatal más agresiva de pruebas de anticuerpos, con el fin de determinar de una vez cuántas personas realmente han tenido Covid-19.
